At House of Legacy, we take great care to ensure every perfume reaches you in perfect condition. Each product is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Return Eligibility

We currently offer returns only under the following condition:

Please note that due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Returns requested beyond the 7-day window will not be eligible.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return approval.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
